A methodology for the identification of competences, a training programme and a trainers’ guide will be developed within the project. 4-week pilot training programme will take place in each country aiming at training the participants into social entrepreneurship and presenting case studies of successful local social companies. Training materials will be posted on an on-line learning platform with additional on-line learning resources, such as webinars, videos, Information sharing space and social networking space.

During the project implementation an initial number of 60 disadvantaged people (10 in each country) will attend the Training Programme and develop their entrepreneurial qualities, experiences, attributes and skills that will support them in social entrepreneurship.
