Living Heritage 4 All
The project aims to promote the use and preservation of local cultural heritage to strengthen vulnerable groups in society.
The project will produce a comparative study on intangible cultural heritage in 6 European countries (Latvia, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Poland and Germany), create workshop descriptions to introduce the culinary and handicraft traditions of each country, and guidelines for educators to promote the involvement of vulnerable groups in creative activities. The project materials will be published on the project's digital learning platform. At least 3 workshops will be organised in each country, involving at least 45 participants, and a final event will be organised to present the results of the project to the wider public.
Creative Ideas is the project coordinator and is implementing the project in cooperation with Zentrum für interkulturelle Bildung und Arbeit (Germany), Varnavas Folklore Group (Greece), Livadia Municipality (Cyprus), Green Elephant Foundation (Poland), Pro Arbeit (Germany) and Almarex (Bulgaria).
The project runs from 7 December 2020 to 6 December 2022 and is funded by the Erasmus+ programme. Creative Ideas has been awarded EUR 36 245 for the implementation of the project, the total project funding is EUR 235 460.
