Shake Up Start Ups
The project aimed at promoting entrepreneurship education and social entrepreneurship among young people and internationalising youth work by developing new and innovative approaches, practices and supporting the dissemination of best practices. The implementation of the project allowed groups of young people to put entrepreneurial ideas for start ups into practice with a view to tackling challenges and problems identified within their communities. 6 youth workers from our association increased their competence, 15 youngsters participated in the local training in Latvia and 10 young people from Latvia took part in the 5-day international summer school in Croatia in August-September 2016.
The project was implemented in a partnership with Kielce Municipality/Kielce Technology Park (project coordinator) from Poland, Association Education by the Internet (EPI) from Poland and Local Development Agency PINS from Croatia. The project took place from the 1st July 2015 until the 31 December 2016 and is financed by the Erasmus+ programme.
