Sanita Putniņa
Sanita has more than 20 years of experience in implementing European Union programs and managing international projects in state, municipal and non-governmental organizations. She develops, implements and evaluates projects in the fields of education, culture, integration, civil society and regional development.
Sanita has made a significant contribution to the promotion of international cooperation in Balvi county and Latvia. Sanita has an MA in European Studies from the University of Turku (Finland) and published research.

Anita Kairis
Anita has been working in the field of cultural education for more than 25 years, 15 of them in a managerial position. She regularly implements educational projects, organizes art competitions, as well as conducts master classes, art classes and creative workshops.
Anita's active work in Balvu district has ensured visibility and reputation, created a strategic vision for the development of cultural education and understanding of innovations in education.
Anita has a master's degree in pedagogy, has developed educational programs and published scientific research.

Alice Vitola
Alice has 20 years of work experience in public administration, academic and non-governmental sectors in Latvia and abroad. Alice has gained extensive experience in preparing and coordinating European projects, conducting research and evaluations, and preparing policy planning documents.
She leads trainings and discussions, prepares teaching materials and conducts research. For the last few years, Alice has been working in areas such as social integration, gender equality, and societal values.
Alice has a PhD in economics, she has published a scientific monograph and articles in scientific journals.

Researcher
Rasma Pīpiķe
Over the past 20 years, Rasma has devoted her career to working in civil society organizations and the non-profit sector, 15 of which she has spent in management positions. She has successfully built trust between various interested parties, while at the same time promoting and creating many cooperation platforms with the Latvian government, the LR Saeima and civil society.
Rasma is currently studying at the Riga Technical University, a doctoral student. Her dissertation is related to diversity management and business performance effectiveness. Rasma has worked as a leading consultant of the "Diversity is strength" and "Family-friendly workplace" movements.
Rasmai holds a BA in Social Sciences with specialization in Journalism and Public Relations and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
