About us
Association "Radošas Idejas" is a non-governmental organization that implements projects in the field of education, social integration, culture, regional development and EU priorities.

The association "Creative Ideas" was founded in 2011 by Sanita Putniņa together with like-minded people. Our ideas also fascinated others, and now we have more than 40 members, specialists in various fields, working in the association.
We are active, we do everything from the heart and with joy
The association operates in Riga and Balvo and implements projects in the fields of education, culture, integration, civil society and regional development. We organize trainings, master classes, creative workshops, exhibitions and competitions. We prepare teaching materials and conduct research.
We work to empower people to discover and fulfill their potential
Since the founding of the association, we have involved more than 1000 participants in various activities. We have helped more than 600 migrants integrate into Latvia by teaching the Latvian language and introducing Latvian culture and traditions.
We give Latvian residents the opportunity to gain inspiration and experience in other European countries. We have established a stable network of cooperation partners in Latvia and Europe.
We are an inclusive organization
The association is an organization founded and led by women. It offers flexible work options, allowing you to combine exciting work with spending time on family, studies and other priorities. We create jobs for ourselves and others. Our employees include parents of small children, persons 50+, persons with disabilities and representatives of the Latvian diaspora.

We activate the local community and create a civil, inclusive society in Latvia and elsewhere in Europe. We implement the goals and values of the European Union so that people live in peace, make friends, cooperate and increase their well-being.

From many small ideas, big and new ideas arise, the realization of which is not carried out by one person, but by a creative team. That's why the logo of the association consists of many grains of thoughts of different sizes, which symbolize new ideas and team unity.
A grain of thought can develop an idea that is important for a person as an individual, country, society.
